Do you apply your sunscreen once you are on the beach? This is a mistake, because it may evaporate before being absorbed, which reduces its effectiveness. Apply it 30 minutes before sun exposure to penetrate the skin.

  1. DO YOU APPLY SUNSCREEN TO YOUR WHOLE BODY?

Don`t forget sensitive areas as ears, lips, back of the knees or feet, including your fingers.

  1. DO YOU ONLY USE SUNSCREEN WHEN YOU’RE IN THE SUN?

Sun protection is essential when you’re in direct sunlight, but you should use it when you drive in the car, in the shade, water or snow. Because the sun is reflected on these surfaces.

  1. WHAT ABOUT SUN PROTECTION ON CLOUDY DAYS?

During this hottest peak period of the day do not sunbath for more than two hours – your skin will suffer.

Trick 4

Use hat – cover the most exposed areas, such as the face, decollete or shoulders. Sunglasses are your best friend, especially if you find a quality pair fitted with UVA and UVB filters.
